Skinny Concord Grape Jam – One of Three Keys all time favorites. Michigan Concord Grapes with a hint of lemon and orange. This jams is an explosion of grape flavor on your mouth. Please be aware that this jam contains skins. No seeds. The skinless version will be available November 12
Florida Orange Marmalade – Florida oranges preserved to the perfect balance of sweet and bitter with a little help from Grand marnier. Wonderful with toast, scones, biscuits but also as a base for dressings and a unexpected tang to stir fry. Lovely with shrimp dishes!
Florida Pink Grapefruit and Lemon Marmalade My most labor intensive marmalade, and the perfect example of why small batch, handmade and local make sense. You will never find the same taste in a mass produced marmalade.

Florida Orange and Cranberry Marmalade Sweet Florida Oranges and tart cranberries mixed to perfection on this wonderful Sweet and Tart marmalade. It will make you want lots of leftover turkey for sandwiches this Thanksgiving.
Mandarin Marmalade – My sweetest marmalade despite the lower amount of sugar. Very little bitterness. Delicious soft thin rinds make for a wonderful treat for marmalade and jam lovers alike.

Florida Muscadine Grape Jam – I take pride on my grape jams. They are extremely labor intensive but oh so worth it! Seeds, skin and pulp are separated by hand. The final product is a delicious jam with the benefits and fiber of the skin and just a little added sugar. *
