Apples in Calvados Jelly – Thinly sliced apples in an amazing apple and Busnel Calvados (FrenchVSOP apple brandy ). Truly amazing with soft blooming cheeses.
Skinny Concord Grape Jam – One of Three Keys all time favorites. Michigan Concord Grapes with a hint of lemon and orange. This jams is an explosion of grape flavor on your mouth. Please be aware that this jam contains skins. No seeds. The skinless version will be available November 12
Florida Orange Marmalade – Florida oranges preserved to the perfect balance of sweet and bitter with a little help from Grand marnier. Wonderful with toast, scones, biscuits but also as a base for dressings and a unexpected tang to stir fry. Lovely with shrimp dishes!
Florida Pink Grapefruit and Lemon Marmalade My most labor intensive marmalade, and the perfect example of why small batch, handmade and local make sense. You will never find the same taste in a mass produced marmalade.
Florida Orange  and Strawberry Marmalade Florida Oranges and California strawberries makes for a wonderfully balanced soft spread marmalade
Florida Orange and Cranberry Marmalade Sweet Florida Oranges and tart cranberries mixed to perfection on this wonderful  Sweet and Tart marmalade. It will make you want lots of leftover turkey for sandwiches this Thanksgiving.
Mandarin Marmalade – My sweetest marmalade despite the lower amount of sugar. Very little bitterness. Delicious soft thin rinds make for a wonderful treat for marmalade and jam lovers alike.

Pear Cranberry Jam – A mix of sweet comice and bartlett pears balanced by the tartness of cranberries. Great on toasts but also wonderful as a side for your Holiday table.

Red HotPepper Jelly  – super yummy mix of more than 5 different varieties of red peppers, both sweet and hot. Great with soft cheeses and meat sandwiches
Cherry & Ancho Chile Jam – Not  too spicy, just a little heat and ancho chile smokiness, wonderful with pork and chicken *
Strawberry Balsamic Jam – Organic local strawberries, aged balsamic vinegar
Strawberry & Michigan Rhurbarb Jam – Tastes just like the best strawberry rhubarb pie you’ve ever had – ok, maybe second to your grandma’s *

Velvet Apricot and Orange Flowers Jam – Velvet apricot is a hybrid of plum and apricot. Along with the orange flower water  it makes for a wonderful middle eastern inspired treat. Great as glaze, dressing base *
Raspberry Jam – Raspberries and a tad of orange for my little one’s favorite PB&J *
Gingery banana and rum jam – Every banana and ginger lover’s dream – makes the best PB&J ever *
Carrot cake jam – Organic Carrots, Pineapple, Apple, Coconut and Ginger for a carrot cake on a spoon and on a whim. Also wonderful with cream cheese
Passion Fruit Sauce – Wonderfully seedy sauce – great on toast, fish, ice cream, drinks, cheese cake *
Florida Muscadine Grape Jam – I take pride on my grape jams. They are extremely labor intensive but oh so worth it! Seeds, skin and pulp are separated by hand. The final product is a delicious jam with the benefits and fiber of the skin and just a little added sugar. *
Florida Mango Jam – USF developed Keitt Mangoes, candied ginger and Lime
Florida Mango and Habanero Jam – USF Keitt Mangoes get mixed in with habanero peppers and lime for a  spicy treat that goes amazingly well with white fish, chicken, pork and yes, crackers *
Spiced Pear Butter – Bartlett pears are cooked low and slow along with riesling, vanilla bean and mixed fall spices for a treat that is heavenly on yogurt, ice cream, toast and pancakes *
Apple and Salted Caramel Jam – Diced Tart Granny Smith Apples. Salted Caramel. Need I say more? *
Minted Blackberry and Lime Jam – Seedless Blackberries infused with enough Mint and Lime to make it, in addition to a wonderful late summer jam, a great base for mojitos and sparkling wine based drinks *
Blackberry, Honey and Lavender Jam – US grown blackberries, Florida raw honey and Lavender flowers from Provence make for an exquisite jam that warms one’s whole self.
Caramelized Red Onion Relish – Wonderful addition to any grilled meats. also wonderful on goat cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches *
