Apricot Jam (tart apricot jam with subtle almond flavor imparted by included apricot kernels. Wonderful as a jam but also as a glaze for chicken, duck)
Velvet Apricot and Orange Flowers Jam (Velvet apricot is a hybrid of plum and apricot. Along with the orange flowers it makes for a wonderful middle eastern inspired treat. Great as glaze, dressing base)
Raspberry Jam (Raspberries and a tad of orange for my little one’s favorite PB&J J)
Gingery banana and rum jam (every banana and ginger lover’s dream – makes the best PB&J ever)
Carrot cake jam (Organic Carrots, Pineapple, Apple, Coconut and Ginger for a carrot cake on a spoon and on a whim. Also wonderful with cream cheese)
Passion Fruit Sauce (wonderfully seedy sauce – great on toast, fish, ice cream, drinks, cheese cake)

how do I buy your jams. I bought Carrot Cake in front of Whole Foods/Target on Dale Mabry. It was so delicious….
