Velvet Apricot and Orange Flowers Jam – Velvet apricot is a hybrid of plum and apricot. Along with the orange flower water  it makes for a wonderful middle eastern inspired treat. Great as glaze, dressing base *

Carrot cake jam – Organic Carrots, Pineapple, Apple, Coconut and Ginger for a carrot cake on a spoon and on a whim. Also wonderful with cream cheese
Passion Fruit Sauce – Wonderfully seedy sauce – great on toast, fish, ice cream, drinks, cheese cake *
Florida Muscadine Grape Jam – I take pride on my grape jams. They are extremely labor intensive but oh so worth it! Seeds, skin and pulp are separated by hand. The final product is a delicious jam with the benefits and fiber of the skin and just a little added sugar. *
Florida Mango Jam – USF developed Keitt Mangoes, candied ginger and Lime *
Florida Mango and Habanero Jam – USF Keitt Mangoes get mixed in with habanero peppers and lime for a  spicy treat that goes amazingly well with white fish, chicken, pork and yes, crackers *
Spiced Pear Butter – Bartlett pears are cooked low and slow along with riesling, vanilla bean and mixed fall spices for a treat that is heavenly on yogurt, ice cream, toast and pancakes *
Apple and Salted Caramel Jam – Diced Tart Granny Smith Apples. Salted Caramel. Need I say more? *
Fig and Brandy Jam – Mixed Brown Turkey and Black Mission Figs get the added deliciousness of French Brandy
Minted Blackberry and Lime Jam – Seedless Blackberries infused with enough Mint and Lime to make it, in addition to a wonderful late summer jam, a great base for mojitos and sparkling wine based drinks *
Blackberry, Honey and Lavender Jam – US grown blackberries, Florida raw honey and Lavender flowers from Provence make for an exquisite jam that warms one’s whole self.
Caramelized Red Onion Relish – Wonderful addition to any grilled meats. also wonderful on goat cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches *
Pineapple Jalapeño Jam not too spicy so you know it is a pineapple jam but with enough heat to warm your mouth for a little while. wonderful on white fish, grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, ham… *
